All quotations are subject to manufacturers pricing alignment and interest rate changes. All offers are subject to status and acceptance, written details available on request. E & OE

All Leasing quotes are based on 10,000 miles per annum and over 3 years, unless otherwise specified. Minimum 3 months advance deposit payable.

Autoleaseplan Limited is a vehicle broker/introducer and is not a retailer of new motor vehicles. Its services are limited to the Marketing and Locating, not the supply of, new vehicles for which it charges a Sourcing Fee.

Any vehicle data supplied by Autoleaseplan is intended for the private use by that company and or individual(s) and shall not be published in the public domain without the express permission of Autoleaseplan and its Directors.

Autoleaseplan endeavors to keep all vehicle pricing and availability information as accurate and up to date as possible, but cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions in the data supplied.

Indicative lead times are quoted based on information supplied by Manufacturers and/or their franchised Dealers/Suppliers. This information is subject to change on a daily basis. Vehicle supply is subject to availability.

Prices are correct at time of publication, but are subject to change by the manufacturers without prior notice. E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted).

Prices are supplied on the basis of clients collecting their vehicle(s) from the Dealer/Supplier's normal trading address. If customers would prefer to have their vehicle delivered then the Dealer/Supplier will quote for driven or trailered delivery based on mileage. Prices do not include Autoleaseplan Service Fee, unless otherwise stated.

Autoleaseplan uses Franchised Dealers to supply brand new, unregistered vehicles which are UK-sourced and as such are supplied to full UK specification with their appropriate Manufacturer's Warranty.

Autoleaseplan may also offer its clients new cars sold on a pre-registered basis. Pre-registered vehicles may be supplied either directly by a Franchised Dealer or by a trade Supplier approved by Autoleaseplan. These vehicles will be new, UK-sourced and as such are supplied to full UK specification with their appropriate Manufacturer's Warranty. Pre-registered vehicles will be supplied with delivery mileage only. Clients purchasing a pre-registered vehicle will normally become the vehicle's second registered keeper on the vehicle's V5 Registration Document (Log Book).

Autoleaseplan customers can request vehicle Quotations via the Autoleaseplan website. This quotation is based on data provided by an external party; as such it is provided for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a formal quotation or an offer to supply. Autoleaseplan and its agents do not accept liability for any errors or omissions within quotations provided.

Only an official Autoleaseplan Vehicle Order Form provided by Autoleaseplan will constitute an offer to supply a specific vehicle at a specific quoted price. E&OE

Vehicle quotations are provided based on the vehicle being supplied by a Dealer/Supplier nominated by Autoleaseplan.

Autoleaseplan does not commit to provide information regarding the Manufacturer's standard specification for a given vehicle; as such Autoleaseplan clients are advised to familiarise themselves with the features and specification of the vehicles under their consideration.

Vehicle quotations will be issued based on vehicle availability (as provided by the Manufacturer/Dealer/ Supplier) at the time of the quotation request and do not therefore constitute a guarantee to supply within a given time period and are therefore subject to availability. E&OE

In cases where vehicles are quoted as available from Dealer stock or from National stock, Autoleaseplan and its Dealers/Suppliers are unable to guarantee the continued availability of the vehicle(s) without prior receipt of a signed order form and payment of an appropriate deposit to the Dealer/Supplier.

Quotes are valid for 7 days, unless indicated otherwise.

Autoleaseplan clients should be aware that Manufacturers change the levels of discount offered in accordance with their current marketing campaigns. Autoleaseplan is unable to guarantee the price of a vehicle if the level of discount changes in the time between the quotation and an order being received by the Dealer.

Only orders submitted via a signed copy of relevant Autoleaseplan documentation will constitute an intention to purchase a specific vehicle at a specific price.

By signing an Autoleaseplan Limited order the client commits to pay Autoleaseplan the agreed Sourcing Fee and enters into an agreement for the Autoleaseplan nominated Dealer/Supplier to supply them with a vehicle.

Client details will only be forwarded to the respective Dealer/Supplier once a signed order has been received. The vehicle order will then be processed by the Dealer/Supplier.

Autoleaseplan Dealers/Suppliers reserve the right to issue their own order documentation to Autoleaseplan clients which must be completed and returned to the Dealer/Supplier before a vehicle is ordered.

The contract for the supply of a vehicle will be between the Client and the Dealer/Supplier.

In most cases a deposit will be required by the Dealer/Supplier prior to an order being processed. Vehicle deposits will be paid by the client direct to the Dealer/Supplier.

The Autoleaseplan Sourcing Fee will be due at the time the Dealer/Supplier confirms the order back to the client and must be paid in full to Autoleaseplan.

If the client fails to pay the Autoleaseplan Sourcing Fee promptly then Autoleaseplan reserves the right to suspend or terminate the client's vehicle order.

In the event of a cancellation by the client the Autoleaseplan Sourcing Fee will not be refunded. A further cancellation charge may be made by the Dealer if an order is cancelled after the vehicle order has been processed. This cancellation fee will range from £500 up to the full value of any deposit taken (whichever is the greater), at the Dealer's discretion.

Autoleaseplan does not accept liability for a vehicle's leadtime being extended or delayed by the Manufacturer/Dealer/Supplier.

It is important to ensure that your information is kept confidential, under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

The information which you give us about yourself, the Directors of your company, the details of any agreement and the history of business conducted between us will be retained by us in our records.

Autoleaseplan limited and its selected organisations use a credit scoring system and search your record at credit reference agencies to help us decide whether to give you credit. The credit reference agencies will keep a record of our search.

We will give credit reference agencies the information we have about you. This information will be shared with other businesses to assess applications you or other members of your household or company directors make for credit or financial services, to prevent fraud and trace debtors. We and these other businesses may also use the information for market research and for analysing statistics.

Any personal information collected about you will be used to fulfill any service that you might request and also for marketing and research purposes. Your personal information will be stored securely and may be used to contact you about products and services that may be of interest to you. This information may be shared with other selected organisations and credit reference agencies.

By supplying your personal information you consent to its use as described here. Individuals have a right to find out what information is held about them and to make corrections if necessary, they also have the right to contact Autoleaseplan Limited to ask for their personal information not to be used in a certain way.
